Ellen Olsen has more than 20 years of experience providing educational and social services to youth and families in the U.S. and overseas. Ellen currently serves as a Network Area Manager for the Office of Community Schools in Anne Arundel County Public Schools. She holds a Master of Science in Social Work degree from Columbia University specializing in international social welfare and services to immigrants and refugees. Ellen is a long-time supporter of MELLFIN’s mission and served as Board President previously in 2010-2013. Outside of work, Ellen enjoys traveling and exploring the world with her family and coaching youth soccer.
